quirela.store is operated by Quirela, an information catalog. Direct questions about your personal information to privacy@quirela.store.
The name and cellphone number you enter in the order form, the product page you came from, and basic technical data about the visit such as the IP address in the server log. Card and bank details are never gathered.
Your request is passed to the product supplier so its consultant can call you, confirm the order and set the delivery.
Processing is governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. It rests on the consent you give by sending the form and on steps taken at your request before an order.
The supplier's call center and, via it, the courier. The request is forwarded as a Telegram message. No data is sold and no advertising profile is made.
This site has no customer database. Requests are forwarded and server logs are deleted soon after. Order records stay with the supplier for the period the law sets.
Email privacy@quirela.store to ask for access, correction or erasure, to object to processing or to receive a portable copy. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
