The name and mobile number you type in the order form, the product page you used and simple technical records of the visit, such as the IP address in the server log. Card and mobile-money information is not requested.
Your request is given to the supplier of the product, so that its adviser can phone you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Personal data is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, with the consent you give by submitting the form as the basis.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery rider. The request is passed on as a Telegram message. Data is not sold and no advertising profiles are created.
No customer database is kept here. Requests are forwarded and server logs are deleted after a short time. The supplier stores order records for as long as the law requires.
Write to privacy@quirela.store to see, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
