quirela.store belongs to Quirela, an information catalogue. Direct questions about your personal data to privacy@quirela.store.
Your name and phone number as typed into the form, the product page you used and ordinary technical data from your visit, for example the IP address in the server log. Card, bank and mobile money details are not collected.
We pass the request to the supplier of the product so that its agent can ring you, confirm the order and arrange the delivery.
The Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) governs the processing. It rests on your consent when you send the form and on handling the request you made.
The supplier's call centre, and through it the courier. The request is forwarded as a chat message over Telegram. Nothing is sold, and there are no advertising profiles.
We hold no database of customers; requests are forwarded and server logs are removed after a brief period. The supplier keeps order files for as long as the law obliges it to.
