The name and mobile number from the order form, the product page you were on, and ordinary technical traces of the visit such as the IP address in the server log. Card, UPI or bank details are never requested.
The request is handed to the product's supplier so that an executive can call you, confirm the order and organise the delivery.
Processing follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rests on the consent you give when you submit the form.
Only the supplier's call centre and, through it, the courier, as far as needed to confirm and deliver the order. The request travels as a message on a messaging app (Telegram). Data is not sold and no advertising profile is built.
No customer database exists on this site; requests are passed on and server logs are wiped after a short interval. The supplier holds order records for as long as the order and the law demand.
