quirela.store is an information catalogue for visitors in India. Quirela does not sell the products and takes no part in any sale.
The supplier of the product is the seller. Its name and address are told to you on the confirmation call and printed on the delivery papers.
Sending the form only asks for a call and is not a purchase. Your contract with the supplier begins when you accept the order on the phone.
Amounts are in Indian rupees, payable in cash on delivery. This site never asks for card numbers, a UPI PIN or an OTP.
You can turn the parcel down at the door. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 remain in force.
