quirela.store is run by Quirela, an information catalogue. Send any question about your personal data to privacy@quirela.store.
Your name and phone number from the order form, the product page you were on, and basic technical details of the visit, such as the IP address in the server log. No card or M-Pesa information is collected.
To pass your request to the supplier of the product so that its consultant can call you, confirm your order and arrange the delivery.
Processing falls under the Data Protection Act, 2019 and relies on the consent you give by submitting the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery rider. The request is relayed as a Telegram message. Data is never sold and no advertising profile is created.
The site keeps no customer database. Requests are forwarded and server logs are deleted after a short period. The supplier retains order records for as long as the law requires.
