quirela.store is an information catalogue for visitors in Kenya. Quirela is not a seller of the products and takes no part in any sale.
The product supplier is the seller. Its name and address are shared on the confirmation call and appear on the delivery documents.
Submitting the form asks for a call and does not buy anything. A contract with the supplier starts when you accept the order by phone.
Amounts are in Kenya shillings and are paid on delivery. The site never asks for a card or an M-Pesa PIN.
You can refuse the parcel when the rider brings it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
