quirela.store is operated by Quirela, an information catalogue. Questions about your personal data can be sent to privacy@quirela.store.
The name and phone number you type in the form, the product page you used, and basic technical data about your visit, for example the IP address in the server log. No bank or card data is requested.
To transmit your request to the supplier so that its representative can call you, confirm the order and organise delivery.
Processing is subject to Law N° 058/2021 on protection of personal data and privacy and is based on your consent when sending the form, and on dealing with your request.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the courier. The request is forwarded as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Data is not sold and no advertising profiles are made.
No customer database is held here; requests are passed on and server logs are erased after a short time. The supplier stores order data as long as the law requires.
Contact privacy@quirela.store to access, correct or erase your data, or to object to its use. You can also complain to the Data Protection Office of the NCSA.
