quirela.store is an information catalogue for visitors in Rwanda. Quirela does not sell the products and is not a party to the sale.
The seller is the supplier of the product. Its name and address are given on the confirmation call and shown on the delivery papers.
The form requests a call and does not constitute a purchase. The contract with the supplier is made when you confirm the order on the phone.
Prices are shown in Rwandan francs (RWF) and paid in cash on delivery. This site never asks for bank, card or mobile money details.
You may decline the parcel at delivery. Your rights as a consumer under the RICA framework remain.
