quirela.store is run by Quirela, an information catalogue. Send questions about personal data to privacy@quirela.store.
The name and phone number typed in the order form, the product page you sent it from and basic technical records of the visit, chiefly the IP address in the server log. Card and mobile-money details are not asked for.
The request is handed to the supplier of the product so that its consultant can ring you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Data is handled under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, based on the consent you give by sending the form.
The supplier's call centre and the delivery rider. The request is passed on as a message through Telegram. No data is sold and no advertising profiles are made.
This site keeps no customer database: requests are forwarded and server logs are cleared within a short time. The supplier holds order records for the period the law requires.
Write to privacy@quirela.store to see, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO) at NITA-U.
