quirela.store is an information catalogue for visitors in Uganda. Quirela does not sell the products and is not a party to the sale.
The supplier of the product is the seller. Its name and address are given on the confirmation call and in the delivery papers.
The form requests a call; it is not a purchase. A contract with the supplier begins once you agree to the order on the phone.
Prices are in Uganda shillings and are paid on delivery. This site never asks for card details or a mobile-money PIN.
You may refuse the parcel at delivery. Your consumer rights under Ugandan law stay as they are.
